A Day in the Life
Team is working hybrid and position will be onsite 3 days/week at Rice Creek campus.
This position will provide strategic financial planning, forecasting and analysis of the Pelvic Health therapy and will work closely with functional leaders across the organization. You will work on projects developing standards and deploying solutions with a lens towards harmonization/standardization, sustainability and optimization. You will become a functional expert with the ability to work across multiple operating units. This position reports to the CFO of Pelvic Health.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Leads the financial planning and analysis processes for the Pelvic Health Operating Unit including the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), monthly/quarterly forecasts and Strategic Plan. This includes development of timelines, communication of key dates, guidance, etc. to plan process around budgeting and forecast cycles.
Prepares insights to management and develops leadership presentations in support of key executive meetings and reviews. Support the development of monthly and quarterly financial review packages.
Perform complex financial modeling, economic and trend analysis related to Pelvic Health markets, P&L, capital expenditures, working capital & free cash flow.
Execute critical Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes and partner with the IBP leader and cross-functional team on insights & analysis.
Collaborate with Strategic Finance / Portfolio Management subject-matter experts on insights to assist the organization with investment decisions.
Analyzes financial results, prepares and assists in the production of key month-end close reporting activities.
Ad hoc analysis as needed.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting (5+ years with an Advanced degree)
Nice to Have
BA/BS degree in Accounting and/or Finance
CPA, CFA, MBA in Finance or a Master’s degree
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) work experience preferred
Systems experience with SAP, Essbase/Hyperion & Business Objects
Strong quantitative analysis, critical thinking and problem solving skills
Exceptional performer with high degree of initiative and self-motivation
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to operate within a complex organization (matrix) and various levels of management
Ability to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously while appropriately prioritizing
Demonstrated ability to manage to tight deadlines, along with flexibility to changing priorities
Experience with business partnering
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to work effectively under uncertainties

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$103,200.00 - $154,800.00
The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
