My client has a need for a mid-level associate to join the transactional practice of its Atlanta, GA, Financial Institutions Litigation & Regulation Group. The practice involves capital markets, M&A, corporate governance and financial and regulatory matters for banks, broker-dealers and other financial institutions.  This is a great opportunity for long-term career growth and mentoring. 

Qualifications

• 2 years of large law firm experience
• Corporate Securities & M&A experience
• Drafting & negotiations experience
• Client interaction experience
• Superior academic background
• JD-MBA or LLM in Banking & Financial Law
