Responsibilities
  • Help customers deploy products successfully across key industry verticals
  • Collaborate with customer leadership teams to create strategic success plans
  • Engage with key customers regularly through MBRs, QBRs, and as needed
  • Partner with internal teams and executives to ensure product success and drive customer retention and expansion
