Requirements
  • Customer Service background is preferred

Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for all those entering the Matian Firm APC facility, including visitors, and directing them to the correct parking areas and entrance as necessary identify and intercept vehicles that are not permitted on site
  • Ensure vehicles are parked in the correct locations; enforce parking policies by ensuring that all visitor vehicles in the parking lot, including employees' have valid parking passes
  • Keep the parking lot clean. Maintain the landscape of the property by performing tasks such as mowing, pruning and debris removal. Duties can also include sweeping, picking up trash and emptying trash
  • Regularly patrol and monitor the property perimeter and notify management/collaborate with security reany discrepancies, safety issues and concerns
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the property
