Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Manage office schedules, appointments, and meetings
Maintain organized and updated office files and documents
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Ensure the front office area is tidy and presentable
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional office-related certifications are a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment
Previous experience in an office or customer-facing role is preferred
