  • 8+ years of related experience
  • 5+ years experience in technical troubleshooting and maintenance
  • 3+ years managerial experience
  • 3+ years hands-on experience maintaining and supporting equipment
  • 3+ years experience successfully leading junior engineers
  • 3+ years experience with writing and implementing test protocols
  • 2+ years experience in a clinical laboratory regulated environment
  • 2+ years experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
  • 2+ years experience with Manufacturing Management Systems (MES)
  • 2+ years experience with scheduling software and CRM software
  • 2+ years experience with Green Button Go (GBG)
  • 2+ years experience writing and implementing test protocols
  • 1+ years experience in Project Management
  • 1+ years experience working with IT networking and systems infrastructure
  • 1+ years experience executing within a computerized maintenance/calibration management system
  • Knowledge of Safety Training, lock out tag out (LOTO), Hazardous material, and waste handling
Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a team of engineers/technicians with diverse skills
  • Establish operational objectives and work plans
  • Lead area work responsibilities and coach staff
  • Lead root cause investigations and drive resolutions
  • Support CAPEX/OPEX planning
  • Participate in and adhere to GRAIL's policies and guidelines
  • Recommend and implement changes for ongoing high-quality performance
  • Work closely with Quality and regulatory departments
