  • 1+ years experience working with IT networking and systems infrastructure
  • 1+ years experience executing within a computerized maintenance/calibration management system
  • Knowledge of Safety Training, lock out tag out (LOTO), Hazardous material, and waste handling
  • Build and manage a team of engineers/technicians with diverse skills
  • Establish operational objectives and work plans
  • Lead area work responsibilities and coach staff
  • Lead root cause investigations and drive resolutions
  • Support CAPEX/OPEX planning
  • Participate in and adhere to GRAIL's policies and guidelines
  • Recommend and implement changes for ongoing high-quality performance
  • Work closely with Quality and regulatory departments
