Requirements
  • Experience working with clients throughout the UK market across multiple verticals
  • In-depth knowledge of programmatic and media buying
  • Proficient in presentation skills for clients
  • Experience running Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, or executed through a DSP as a self-serve user
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships and growing revenue
  • The ability to understand and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally to meet with clients within their region
Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients within the region
  • Ensure objectives and goals are met for Agency/brand/campaigns
  • Maintain focus on Customer Retention Rate and Net Revenue Retention Rate
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and Quarterly Business Reviews with clients
  • Host training and education sessions with clients
  • Report on campaign performance, KPI optimization, and strategic solutions
  • Set up and manage traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP
