Requirements
  • Extensive experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager preferably in the equipment rental industry
  • Ability to tactfully lead contract negotiations
  • Relationship-building skills
  • Ability to drive a motor vehicle
  • Ability to bend and lift up to 45 lbs
Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our Energy Solutions customer base
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies that maximize revenue generation, market penetration and fleet utilization
  • Build, manage and prioritize a healthy sales pipeline in line with regional goals, while maintaining an accurate forecast
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize sales processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability
  • Attend conferences and events, facilitate various forms of product demonstrations, and launch and support customer pilots with key accounts
  • Inform the overall Energy Solutions business strategy, including identifying and or deepening our understanding of specific applications and use cases
  • Work closely with cross functional teams including Marketing, Field Solutions, Customer Success and Product to inform and support company OKR's
