Responsibilities
  • Monitors and analyzes trending information, economic and wage projections
  • Researches and advises business on prevailing wage requirements
  • Develops and implements procedures and guidelines for compensation and benefit programs
  • Establishes and maintains company job architecture
  • Designs and maintains salary, bonus, and other reward structures
  • Manages the annual salary and incentive planning process for employees
  • Manages benefit programs and delivery of Health, Wellness, Dental, Vision, Flexible Spending Accounts, etc.
  • Ensures compensation and benefit programs are compliant
  • Serves as the vendor manager for technology platforms related to employee compensation and benefits
  • Measures and reports on compensation and benefits related data
  • Serves as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders
