  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience working in project/campaign management or creative services role in media, digital, or post-production related fields
  • Some experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Some experience with video editing software including Adobe Premiere and/or Final Cut Pro
  • Ensuring that all creative work is executed compliantly and without error
  • Managing project communications internally and between all departments
  • Communicating directly with individual team members to reiterate scheduled deliverables, relay revision requests, and address obstacles as they arise
  • Communicating with stakeholders to take clear concise notes and relay them back to the internal creative team
  • Multitasking, prioritization, and working effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Tracking and being immersed in social media, digital trends, and all digital platforms, with an understanding of which types of content will perform well on respective platforms
  • Prioritizing and jumping from task to task while coordinating with those around you
  • Providing organizational and analytical skills with the ability to contribute on multiple projects at once
  • Managing project management system ( and ensuring tickets and assets are being reviewed, are compliant, and going to the correct performance managers
  • Working across departments to gather assets and collaborate on projects
  • Having a sense of urgency and commitment to meet deadlines
  • Assisting with administrative and internal process tasks for the Marketing Department / Creative team
  • Having a keen eye for detail, compliance, and copyediting
