Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all activities related to the sales of products and services to OEM and Aftermarket channel customers
  • Assist in development of annual territory sales targets and expense budgets
  • Conduct product training sessions for customers, end users and decision influencers
  • Conduct jobsite visits with customers / refrigeration contractors to assist on trouble shooting as needed
  • Work with Product Management to assist in identification of customer requirements and related product specifications
  • Participate in end user meetings to develop firsthand knowledge of market trends and product improvement opportunities
  • Assist in data gathering and review for competitive analysis of product lines
Desired Qualifications
  • Four year degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology
  • Seven to ten years of experience in engineering or field sales in a related industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft programs including Excel, Power Point and Word
  • Willingness to travel large territory and to attend customer meetings, trade shows and industry events as required
