Requirements
  • Accounting qualification, with/or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in a complex international environment either with or for multi-national companies is desirable for this role
Responsibilities
  • Lead global accounting policies and processes for Enterprise Technology, advising Finance Business Partners (FBPs) on technical accounting (Capex, R&D, asset transfers, etc.).
  • Design, implement, and oversee SOX controls, expanding coverage to ~50 countries.
  • Manage month-end close, reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and the actuals cycle. Produce the Central Finance Accounts pack.
  • Guide and support FBPs on technical accounting, driving quality and accuracy.
  • Work with group accounting functions (tax, treasury, etc.) and internal teams (FBPs, Controllership, Shared Services, etc.).
  • Manage and develop a team responsible for intercompany reconciliations, P&L analysis, financial statement preparation, payroll, headcount reporting, and SOX control operation.
