The role of the Learning and Development Coordinator is to support the Learning and Development team with the coordination and administration of global learning programs created to enhance employee skills and foster professional growth – all in support and alignment with CM’s organizational goals. The nature of this role is to learn, support and contribute. This employee-facing role is part of an innovative and collaborative team within a fast paced, creative environment.
This role will be a part of our Trailhead program, which is Critical Mass’ investment and dedication to supporting emerging talent.
