Requirements
  • 5-7+ years of experience in the financial services or technology sector, preferably at a premier asset manager, investment bank, public accounting or consulting firm or innovative technology organization
  • Management consulting experience is preferred
  • Ability to clearly articulate and present ideas both in written presentations and orally to senior management
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to decompose problems and develop innovative solutions
  • Professional, positive demeanor; collaborative orientation; relationship-builder
Responsibilities
  • Develop multi-year plans for actively managed investment businesses within the Portfolio Management Group
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and track KPIs and leading indicators aligned with business and corporate objectives
  • Project manage cross-functional transformation initiatives
  • Develop high-quality presentations and executive summaries for senior leadership, supplemented by FP&A team inputs and analyses
  • Build and maintain robust financial models to support scenario analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (including Controllers, Human Resources, Investor Relations, Corporate Strategy) and Finance teams in advancing projects and managing the business
  • Drive a collaborative and supportive work environment, actively seeking out opportunities to develop team members
