Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement event strategies that align with company goals and brand identity, seamlessly integrating trade shows, field events, customer events and customer experiences into overarching marketing plans.
  • Plan and manage all aspects of events, including budgeting, logistics, vendor selection, venue sourcing, and contract negotiations, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance and product teams, to ensure events align with business objectives and messaging.
  • Integrate events into marketing initiatives, ensuring they play a strategic role in the customer journey and contribute to both brand awareness and demand generation.
  • Select and manage third-party vendors and suppliers, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Oversee on-site logistics, including booth setup, signage, registration, staffing, and AV requirements, ensuring smooth event execution.
  • Manage event budgets, adhering to allocated funds and seeking innovative, cost-effective solutions to maximize event impact.
  • Strategically plan a 12-month event calendar, balancing objectives for brand awareness, consideration, and demand generation, contributing to both Marketing and Sales funnels.
  • Define and track KPIs and metrics in collaboration with Marketing Operations to evaluate event effectiveness. Deliver post-event analysis and reports, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, conduct competitor analysis, and implement innovative ideas to elevate event quality and impact.
