  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, retail, logistics, freight forwarding, and/or other related field.
  • Preferred depth operations knowledge in industries like E-commerce, food, 3C, household, major appliances, apparel, and accessories.
  • Familiar with both local logistics and cross-border logistics products, order management system, and e-commerce platform operating rules.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Be able to adapt to the fast-paced working environment.
  • A strong sense of responsibility.
  • Preferably bilingual in English and Mandarin
Responsibilities
  • Design and build up small parcel & big/bulky last-mile supply chain products and solutions.
  • Conducting marketing research and deep diving into customer needs to identify and prioritize trends and top business objectives.
  • Working cross-functionally to deliver winning products and tools, including demand gathering, engineering, and marketing collaboration.
  • Strategically combining localized warehousing and logistics products to gain a better position within the market.
  • Utilizing innovative understanding of supply chain markets to upgrade service and products, optimize costs, and enhance customer experience.
