Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, retail, logistics, freight forwarding, and/or other related field.
- Preferred depth operations knowledge in industries like E-commerce, food, 3C, household, major appliances, apparel, and accessories.
- Familiar with both local logistics and cross-border logistics products, order management system, and e-commerce platform operating rules.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Be able to adapt to the fast-paced working environment.
- A strong sense of responsibility.
- Preferably bilingual in English and Mandarin
Responsibilities
- Design and build up small parcel & big/bulky last-mile supply chain products and solutions.
- Conducting marketing research and deep diving into customer needs to identify and prioritize trends and top business objectives.
- Working cross-functionally to deliver winning products and tools, including demand gathering, engineering, and marketing collaboration.
- Strategically combining localized warehousing and logistics products to gain a better position within the market.
- Utilizing innovative understanding of supply chain markets to upgrade service and products, optimize costs, and enhance customer experience.
