Requirements
  • At least 3+ years of customer success or account management experience.
  • At least 2+ years of experience at a B2B technology company that leveraged software or hardware to delight customers.
Responsibilities
  • Know all of our customers, inside and out, be their biggest champion and meet regularly with them (at least, with the biggest ones).
  • Ensure customers are meeting their goals and remaining extremely satisfied with Parkade, proactively working with both customers and the rest of our team to make that happen.
  • Interview customers and produce case studies about our customers' experiences with Parkade.
  • Dive into the weeds — be it a spreadsheet, blog post or customer success issue — as needed.
  • Lead our content strategy around best practices for managing tenant parking.
  • Over time, go from taking direction on the above tasks to defining your own role and customer success/marketing strategy.
Desired Qualifications
  • You have graphic design skills (like using Figma)
  • You've built out content strategies before, and leveraged SEO to do so. You could be trusted to convert customer interviews into video content usable on the web
