Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Workday Integration Consultant to lead the design, development, and support of complex Workday integrations. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless data flows between Workday and internal/external systems, supporting core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Web Services.
- Gather integration requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain and support existing integrations, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HRIS, IT, Payroll, and external vendors.
- Develop documentation for integration design, support, and operations.
- Ensure integrations follow security, compliance, and data privacy policies.
- Support Workday releases by assessing and testing the impact on existing integrations.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior integration team members.
- Stay up-to-date with Workday functionality, best practices, and community updates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with Workday integrations.
- Expertise in Workday Reports, Calculated Fields, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST), Studio , and XSLT.
- Experience with Workday modules such as HCM, Recruting.
- Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, and web service technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
