  • 2+ years in a supervisory role, leading teams of two or more.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.
  • Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset, with a passion for the sports betting industry.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in line with sports events.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure team members receive sufficient leadership, operational guidance and resources to accomplish established objectives.
  • Create employee schedules, monitor employee breaks and manage team member hours.
  • Explain, educate, and assist customers with sports wagering information.
  • Prepare, organize and manage all operational paperwork.
  • Track and log patron betting information, issue employee banks and handle large sums of cash.
  • Develop and implement standards, controls, policies and procedures, guidelines, best practices and objectives for the Sportsbook.
  • Evaluate performance of the sportsbook personnel.
  • Maintain a positive culture and create employee engagement.
  • Promote player goodwill and settle customer disputes.

  • Experience in sportsbook or casino gaming is a strong plus.
