About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Partner Manager to join our team. The Technical Partner Manager will be responsible for managing and developing partnerships with technical partners. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, strong communication skills, and experience managing complex technical partnerships.
This role will be expected to work on-site, a few days a month in the San Diego, California office
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop and execute on partner strategy to identify, onboard, and manage technical partners.
- Build strong relationships with partners to ensure alignment of goals and objectives, drive mutual growth, and secure long-term partnerships.
- Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to develop joint solution offerings and go-to-market plans with partners.
- Educate partners on product features, functionality, and value proposition to enable successful integration and adoption of products and services.
- Provide ongoing support and technical guidance to partners, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ongoing education.
- Track and report on partner performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize partner engagement.
- Lead partner solution overviews for Account Teams to support net-new and existing customer opportunities.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in technical partner management or business development, preferably in a B2B technology company.
- Strong technical background, including knowledge of APIs, integrations, and software development methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally to drive successful partnership outcomes.
- Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.

This is an exempt role. Our job titles for each posting may span across more than one job level. The estimated base salary for this role is between $110,000 and $168,300. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salaries across all US locations. Compensation packages are based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, work experience, relevant trainings and certifications, business needs, market demands and specific geographical location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
