Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in technical partner management or business development, preferably in a B2B technology company
  • Strong technical background, including knowledge of APIs, integrations, and software development methodologies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally to drive successful partnership outcomes
  • Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute on partner strategy to identify, onboard, and manage technical partners
  • Build strong relationships with partners to ensure alignment of goals and objectives, drive mutual growth, and secure long-term partnerships
  • Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to develop joint solution offerings and go-to-market plans with partners
  • Educate partners on product features, functionality, and value proposition to enable successful integration and adoption of products and services
  • Provide ongoing support and technical guidance to partners, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ongoing education
  • Track and report on partner performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize partner engagement
  • Lead partner solution overviews for Account Teams to support net-new and existing customer opportunities
