Requirements
  • Technical background in electronics or a related field (e.g., associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience).
  • Some experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies such as root cause analysis, 8D, or 5 Whys.
  • Basic understanding of quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using inspection tools such as multimeters, calipers, and microscopes.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
  • Perform inspections of electronic components, assemblies, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality protocols are followed throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Document inspection results and quality findings using established reporting tools and systems.
  • Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment and tools.
  • Participate in internal audits to ensure adherence to quality management systems.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) activities by verifying quality standards during the initial production phase.
