Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s degree with a strong record of academic achievement
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to effectively manage interactions with internal and external stakeholders of all levels
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to remain organized in the midst of competing priorities
  • High level of initiative with a focus on customer service, quality, and process improvement
  • Strong desire to learn and develop a well-rounded recruiting skillset, and take on new challenges as needed
  • Must be thoughtful and creative when needed – a “can do” attitude, with no task too big or too small
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional presence with a high degree of energy and enthusiasm
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Experience supporting recruiting efforts for technology-focused profiles is a plus
  • Experience working with an ATS is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Support recruiting team in managing all stages of the candidate lifecycle – resume review, applicant tracking system (ATS) data input and updates, interview scheduling, interviewer feedback follow-up, and other related tasks
  • Develop relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers across the firm
  • Represent HBK’s employer brand in interactions with external candidates and recruiting firms by embodying our team-oriented, dynamic, and friendly culture, and ensuring each interaction is responsive, respectful, and highly professional
  • Support the recruiting team’s brand internally by maintaining a strong client service approach, attention to detail, and thoughtful communication
  • Manage complex and varied scheduling processes, which can involve several rounds of interviews, various assessments, travel booking, and a broad array of HBK team member schedules
  • Support recruiting projects such as market compensation data collection and review, summer program planning and execution, and process optimization
