Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent domain experience
  • 5+ years of experience in IT/asset management consulting, audit, or customer management with a focus on license management
  • Strong knowledge of licensing terms and conditions
  • Solid analytical skills and hands-on experience developing advanced spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel). SQL, Google Apps Scripts (JS), and/or Python experience used in analysis projects is preferred
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills
  • 3+ years in an enterprise customer-facing role preferred
  • Proven negotiation skills a plus
  • Basic knowledge of project management
  • Detail-focused and highly organized
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, and work both independently and in a team environment
  • Basic IT, networking, and database knowledge
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to ensure compliance with Neo4j's contractual agreements across all regions and segments
  • Manage license management engagements/programs with customers and partners, developing and implement standard processes
  • Provide analysis and license management advisement using expertise in contractual agreements, licensing policies, technical verification, compliance processes, and other relevant areas to both customer, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Drive progress on project milestones, ensuring timely completion of projects and compliance with Neo4j's contractual agreements
  • Actively collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Neo4j teams like Sales, Renewals, Support, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Finance to achieve LVS objectives
  • Develop and maintain a high level of expertise in Neo4j's license programs and licensing policies to ensure customers are serviced properly
  • Provide financial value analysis to customers, emphasizing the benefits of Neo4j's solutions and associated cost savings
  • Provide financial analysis, forecasting, present findings and recommendations to Neo4j leaders
Desired Qualifications
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, and any additional language such as French, German, or Italian is a plus
