Requirements
  • 3-5 years in Commercial Loan Operations or Commercial Servicing
  • Understanding of complex commercial lending structures and loan documentation (LaserPro and Attorney prepared)
  • Prior experience in booking on the ACBS loan servicing system
  • Prior experience in commercial loan operations and a good understanding of loan accounting systems, general ledger and finance interaction
  • Experience with commercial loan systems/software
  • Ability to perform duties with a high level of accuracy, meet deadlines within tight timeframes and multi-task when the situation calls for it
  • Strong analytical skills
  • High School Diploma
Responsibilities
  • Review and interpret commercial loan approvals and documents for proper booking on the ACBS loan servicing system
  • Fund loans via wire transfer system, DDA or check
  • Ensure proper booking and earnings of all loan fees/costs in accordance with loan documentation
  • Maintain loan system data integrity to accurately reflect loan file contents, as well as ensure accurate management reporting
  • Process loan payments, advances, payoffs and general maintenance for Middle Market Loan Portfolios within the ACBS loan servicing system
  • Communicate and respond to inquiries from lenders, credit reporting, finance, and quality control groups
