- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
- At least one year of warehouse experience is required.
- Load and unload trucks, organize and rotate inventory orders, monitor warehouse temperatures, and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Receive and process product orders; review inbound documentation, product receipts, and reconciliation records; and assemble and stage product orders for presale and onboard sales routes.
- Receive inbound truckloads, unload and store product, assist with shipping outbound truckloads, and report inbound overages, shortages, or damages to leadership.
- Follow proper food-handling procedures; organize and rotate product in the warehouse cooler or freezer to prevent spoilage; report and follow up on product quality complaints; block affected product in SAP and physically hold it in the warehouse; assist with weekly bad-conditions reconciliation; upload documentation to the shared folder; and process and document product returns and disposal of outdated product.
- Report cooler and freezer repair requirements, material-handling equipment maintenance requirements, and pallet disposal or acquisition needs to warehouse management.
- Monitor warehouse temperatures and perform equipment inspections.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, including reading, writing, and speaking, is preferred.
- Pallet jack and forklift certification is preferred.
- Experience with material-handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, is preferred.
- Experience with food products is preferred.
