Requirements
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of overall system architecture, design, development, and deployment experience.
- At least 4 years of cloud architecture experience.
- Expertise with Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, Ruby, and Go.
- Strong scripting skills and experience with infrastructure and deployment automation and configuration management.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and services for security, reliability, and scalability.
- Hands-on experience building and managing virtualized environments.
- Hands-on experience across operating systems, application servers, databases, and middleware infrastructure.
- Experience working in both Linux and Windows environments.
- Experience with build tools such as Ant, Maven, or Gradle.
- Working knowledge and experience with elastic cloud automation.
- Experience developing in rapid development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Ability to clearly articulate technology direction and considerations and present solutions to clients and software teams at various stages from sales through execution.
- The posting limits eligibility to candidates with GC, citizenship, OPT, EAD, or H4 status.
Responsibilities
- Provide Cloud Security subject-matter-expert advice and guidance for Information as a Service, Platform as a Service, and Software as a Service initiatives, projects, plans, and reviews.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Ansible, Chef, Puppet, and Salt for infrastructure and deployment automation and configuration management.
- AWS or Azure experience.
- Current AWS or Azure certifications.
