Responsibilities
- Lead and develop maintenance team members.
- Oversee service requests, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns.
- Manage maintenance schedules and priorities.
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, and capital projects.
- Monitor maintenance budgets and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
- Partner with Community Management to achieve operational goals.
- Deliver exceptional resident service through maintenance excellence.
