  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Administrative Assistant.
  • Working knowledge of general office equipment, including printers, scanners, and fax machines.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record systems.
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize work, and multitask.
  • Flexibility to stay past the normal shift or adjust the schedule to meet tight deadlines.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort with routinely shifting demands.
Responsibilities
  • Communicate regularly with management and operational staff.
  • Maintain calendars for supervisory staff, set appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate department schedules.
  • Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports.
  • Maintain accurate work and appointment schedules.
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary documents, including agendas, amenities, and meeting setups.
  • Create agendas and record notes for the interdisciplinary team’s weekly conference.
  • Maintain all employee files, including memos and evaluations.
  • Type and word-process facility reports, documents, memos, and correspondence.
  • Maintain appropriate department files containing reports, correspondence, and memos.
