Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience in testing, including experience with mobile testing and relevant tools and technologies
  • Proven experience in leading and managing mobile testing efforts
  • Strong knowledge of mobile technologies and testing methodologies
  • Experience with various types of testing, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
  • Proficiency in testing tools such as Jira, TestRail, Xray, Postman, and Charles Proxy
  • Experience with simulator testing and testing on physical devices for both iOS and Android
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of testers
  • Experience in writing and executing test plans and test cases
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile development methodologies, such as Scrum
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
  • Write and execute test plans and test cases for mobile applications, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
  • Developing and maintaining test plans for mobile applications
  • Identify and document defects found during testing
  • Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Train and mentor junior members of the testing team
  • Collaborate with other leads and stakeholders to prioritize testing efforts and improve the overall testing process
  • Create and maintain documentation, such as testing reports and procedures
  • Participate in test case reviews and other quality assurance activities
  • Participating in release sign-offs and ensuring all mobile applications meet quality standards before release
  • Coordinating with development and operations teams for successful deployment of mobile applications
  • Conducting smoke testing on newly deployed mobile applications to ensure they are functioning as expected
  • Identifying and reporting any issues found during smoke testing and working with development teams to resolve them
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with mobile automation testing tools is a plus
  • Experience with mobile security testing is a plus
