Responsibilities
  • Proactively approach customers in-store and walk them through the features and value of the client's credit card products.
  • Ask questions to understand each customer's situation and make a relevant, helpful recommendation.
  • Serve as the product authority inside the store.
  • Consistently meet and surpass personal sales targets while championing the client brand.
  • Create positive, memorable customer interactions.
  • Adapt the engagement style to connect with a wide variety of customers throughout the day.
  • Develop reliable, productive partnerships with retail store staff.
  • Safeguard customer data and maintain strict confidentiality in every interaction.
  • Travel to and support multiple store locations across the assigned territory as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales is an asset.
  • A vehicle or driver's license is an asset.
