Responsibilities
- Serve as president of Rite Envelope
- Determine/be responsible for all business strategy, operations, and P&L management
- Lead an experienced team of existing employee owners
- Work with office manager/bookkeeper to make decisions about ongoing expenses and capital purchases
- Work with development/sales team to grow the business through marketing and outreach
- Handle HR personnel matters including staff disputes, employee performance, job reviews, raises, and bonuses
- Analyze business methods and practices to develop/promote team and company growth opportunities
- Develop relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
- Work with Teamshares and fellow shareholders throughout the transition to employee ownership
- Collaborate with the production/manufacturing team to manage and oversee operational issues
- Be a growth leader who enjoys working with employee owners to improve company operations and expand revenue opportunities
