Responsibilities
  • Serve as president of Rite Envelope
  • Determine/be responsible for all business strategy, operations, and P&L management
  • Lead an experienced team of existing employee owners
  • Work with office manager/bookkeeper to make decisions about ongoing expenses and capital purchases
  • Work with development/sales team to grow the business through marketing and outreach
  • Handle HR personnel matters including staff disputes, employee performance, job reviews, raises, and bonuses
  • Analyze business methods and practices to develop/promote team and company growth opportunities
  • Develop relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
  • Work with Teamshares and fellow shareholders throughout the transition to employee ownership
  • Collaborate with the production/manufacturing team to manage and oversee operational issues
  • Be a growth leader who enjoys working with employee owners to improve company operations and expand revenue opportunities
