- Check purchase orders and delivery notes for accuracy and update the inventory management system promptly and correctly.
- Verify that goods meet health and safety standards and quality expectations.
- Participate in monthly inventory sessions and perform accurate stock counts.
- Collaborate with the cost controller and other team members to stay within budgets and align inventory levels with demand.
- Experience participating in the opening of a hotel and organizing supplies during the launch phase of a new property.
