Responsibilities
  • Analysis of design and architecture documentation
  • Experience with the development models and software development lifecycle model
  • Expertise in web application development including MVC framework, Spring, Java/J2EE, log4j, JSP, Apache Tomcat, WSDL, Soap UI, Maven deployment utility
  • Experience in designing and developing applications in VoiceXML, CCXML and SCXML
  • Hands-on development of Genesys Voice Portal call flow and architecture
  • Experience in Genesys Voice Portal (GVP), Nuance speech recognition, grammar development, Text to speech, Nuance Development Framework (NDF), Nuance Dialog Module (NDM)
  • Knowledge in generating call flow design and code using Nuance application studio
  • Experience deploying contact center routing solutions to Linux and Windows platforms
  • Understanding of deployment of Genesys 7.X & 8.X framework components
  • Knowledge of telephony integration using TServers and SIP servers in TDM and VoIP environments
  • Proficiency in writing routing code using Interactive Routing Database (IRD) and Composer
  • Knowledge of URS, ORS, Resource Managers, Media Server, Web Servers implementation
  • Knowledge of Genesys integration with Avaya telephony hardware
  • Experience in multi-channel routing (added qualification)
  • Excellent domain knowledge on IVR and CTI call routing
  • Knowledge on IVR design and solutioning
  • Excellent software design and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication for client relationships and presentation capability
  • Ability to communicate across technology, business units and senior leadership
  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a changing environment
  • Coordinate installation, configuration, and maintenance of application components
  • Assess voice performance to meet present and future enterprise needs
  • Production support, deployment, and troubleshooting of call flows
