The Role

The Finance Systems Associate will be responsible for administrating and supporting various financial systems and integration workflows used by the broader Finance Team. The candidate will work cross functionally with various departments in the organization, including investor relations, market intelligence, accounting, tax, sales, HR, technology, research, and settlements. The candidate will assess existing processes and assist in the design of new workflows across various systems. We are looking for a hardworking, driven individual to challenge existing processes, identify solutions, and own implementations while serving as an admin on existing tools and workflows.

How You’ll Help Take Us There

• Assist with the build and maintenance of a custom cost and profitability model to be leveraged by the FP&A team for better forecasting and reporting
• Day-to-day ownership, maintenance, and enhancements to existing finance system and integration environment (Domo, Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, Concur, Accrualify, Salesforce, Monday.com)
• Analyze current systems and processes within the finance organization to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancement / optimization
• Design and implement visualizations for management reporting using industry best practices
• Utilize Excel to understand and manipulate large data sets

What We’re Looking for  

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
• 2+ years’ experience in corporate finance; experience from financial services preferred
• Masters Degree in information systems, computer science, data science, Applied Analytics, finance, or equivalent experience
• Experience in building and/or leveraging existing cost and profitability models
• Experience in business systems administration, system integrations, or process engineering
• Confidence in using or learning web-scraping, data structures, data modeling, and API connections
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Preferred System Experience: Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, Domo, Salesforce
• Knowledge of coding language(s) and modeling tools highly regarded, or willingness to learn
• Expert proficiency in Excel

For job positions in NYC, NY, and other locations where required, the estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $80,000 USD to $115,000 USD. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. You may also be eligible for annual cash incentives, equity, and other benefit programs.
