About the Role

We are looking for an IT Applications Engineer to take the team to the next level. You will be part of a team that operates and integrates our growing portfolio of SaaS tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Dropbox, Jira/Confluence, AirTable) to help Twitch employees collaborate better and improve productivity. You will support daily operations and balance customer obsession, speed, cost, and risk to ensure the business can accomplish its goals.

You will report to the Manager of Enterprise Tooling.

You Will:

• Lead our SaaS portfolio optimization, focusing on security, scalability, user experience and utilization
• Ensure appropriate controls and best practices are followed to meet security and compliance requirements
• Configure and manage Enterprise SaaS applications such as Confluence, Jira, Google Workspace, and Slack
• Oversee retention activities to comply with legal records retention policies
• Document procedures and best practices
• Participate in renewal conversations with our vendors and internal partners
• Participate in on-call rotation

You Have:

• 5+ years experience in application implementation
• 5+ years administrating SaaS applications with 1000+ users
• Experience with Google Workspaces, Atlassian products, Slack
• Proficiency in one or more scripting languages like Python, JavaScrip, Go
• Experience working with REST API
