  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years previous experience in billing and accounts receivable collections, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading process improvement initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-centric approach to billing and collections
  • Experience with Salesforce and Oracle enterprise resource planning preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the billing and accounts receivable collections team in Seattle
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing and collections for recurring revenue model
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing and collections issues
  • Monitor and report on key billing and collections metrics
  • Conduct regular audits of billing and collections processes
  • Manage special projects related to billing and collections
  • Work closely with the finance team for accurate financial reporting
  • Support company vision and values through role modeling
  • Participate in various company initiatives and projects
