Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Act as a primary point of contact for the client, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Support the Account Management team in managing the execution of marketing and advertising campaigns, from initial briefing to final delivery.
  • Support colleagues within the Account Management team with project management utilizing various technology tools provided by the organization.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, strategy) to ensure project timelines are met and deliverables align with client expectations.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, recaps, and status reports for both internal and client-facing meetings.
  • Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting to ensure campaigns stay within scope.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively find solutions to keep campaigns on track.
  • Conduct research to support client strategies and presentations, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and updating project management tools.
