Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume setting
  • Familiarity with accounting practices and procedures
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

Responsibilities
  • Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner for both U.S. and Canadian operations.
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts, and investigate and resolve discrepancies as needed.
  • Coordinate with purchasing departments to address pricing errors, missing receipts, or incomplete documentation.
  • Review and process non-PO invoices, ensuring proper account coding and management approval prior to entry.
  • Reconcile vendor statements regularly and follow up on outstanding items or discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized records of pending and processed invoices in compliance with company and audit requirements.
  • Assist with monthly accruals and use tax calculations for applicable non-inventory purchases.
  • Respond to vendor and internal inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support the accounting team with ad hoc projects and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
Desired Qualifications
  • College degree preferred (Accounting or Finance a plus)
  • Experience with Treqso Accounting System is a plus, but not required
