Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in STEM; Masters Degree in STEM preferred
- 7+ years' experience working in Mission Operations with focus on spacecraft design, testing, launch, and mission execution
- Advanced understanding of the space domain and orbital mechanics
- Experience making decisions in high pressure environments
- Strong technical background in astrodynamics
- Operational experience with rendezvous and proximity operations (RPO)
- Knowledge of change management principles and techniques to guide teams through transitions caused by integration efforts
- Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and oversee integration projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve integration challenges and to troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Familiarity with tools used system integration and project management
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering collaboration and understanding
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful integration and alignment with team and strategic goals
- Leadership skills to guide teams, manage conflicts, and facilitate decision-making during integration projects
- Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements, technologies, and business needs during the integration process
- Ability to analyze data and information to make informed decisions and to identify opportunities for optimization
- Ability to maintain or obtain a TS/SCI clearance
- Schedule: Ability to work a rotating schedule
- Work Location - On-site in Colorado Springs, CO

- Physical demands - the physical demands of the job, including bending, sitting, lifting and driving

- As part of the Force Development team, you will directly influence the design and implementation of unique mission assets and gain experience at every phase of the spacecraft program including design, launch, on-orbit test and checkout, mission execution, and customer engagement.
