About The Role
DriveWealth is looking for a Product Designer with a passion for finding solutions to shape our partners’ and their customers’ user experiences. The ideal candidate will be skilled at each stage of the design process but always focused on the needs of the customer. The role demands creative problem solving, excellent execution, and the ambition to take projects from start to finish.
As a Product designer, you will design new products as well as work with product managers to define research goals and execute research plans. To be successful in this role, you should have solid design skills, experience with designing complex platforms, various quantitative and qualitative research methods, design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work within financial services, we’d like to meet you.
What you’ll do
- Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
- Provide design output and direction to help achieve the vision for the product
- Gather and evaluate high-level user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Design and conduct user research to help us build journeys and understanding of user’s mental model
- Illustrate design ideas using research insights, user flows, journeys, wireframes, and sitemaps
- Proactively collaborate across teams to design and implement unified application experiences and components
- Propose and present design solutions for complex ideas and open-ended requirements
- Assist in establishing design guidelines, best practices, and standards of quality in all design work
- Collect user feedback to help inform the product roadmap and prioritization
What you’ll need
- 3+ years of design or qualitative and quantitative research experience
- Bachelor’s in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Product Designer or similar role
- User research with quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Experience in designing B2B platforms or complex platforms
- Portfolio of design projects (bonus: experience in Financial Services)
- Knowledge of wireframe tools and design programs (Figma)
- Team spirit: strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good time-management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute multiple concurrent initiatives
- Passion to understand users’ wants, needs, and pain points
Compensation
Compensation package offerings are based on candidate experience and technical qualifications, as it relates to the role. These are identified and determined throughout your interviewing experience.

$150,000—$165,000 USD
