Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and train sales team
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate sales team
  • Provide training and feedback to team members
  • Assist with client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Use sales training techniques to enhance performance
  • Maintain integrity, authenticity, and honesty
  • Help set sales goals and manage team productivity
  • Conduct forecast reviews and accurately forecast pipeline
  • Suggest process improvements for team efficiency
  • Act as a liaison for customers and provide feedback
  • Travel for customer meetings and to NYC
