- Extensive experience with Maintenance Tracking Software (preferably FlightDocs)
- Experience with converting and digitizing Maintenance Records
- Criminal background check clearance
- Drug test clearance wherever applicable
- Assist the Maintenance Controller with the following responsibilities, including:
- Digitalization of Maintenance Records, and Maintenance Program Tracking
- Oversight of aircraft maintenance status control
- Coordination of deferrals as per the approved MEL
- Verification that all Company aircraft adhere to the General Maintenance Manual and relevant Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Programs
- Collaboration with company flight crews during regular operations to manage unscheduled maintenance issues
- Communication of aircraft status changes to Flight Test, Program Management, and other pertinent stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with Company procedures and applicable FARs for each aircraft returning to service
- Liaison with the Director of Maintenance concerning Company maintenance policies and procedures
- Guaranteeing adherence to maintenance and inspection standards outlined in the company procedures, with thorough completion of all maintenance records, reports, and release forms before service resumption
- Proper execution and recording of all inspections, with final approval for return to service
- Fulfilling the duties of MCC while maintaining FAR compliance
- Fulfillment of other assigned duties and responsibilities
