  • Proven track record of success in managing products related to IBD or similar therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies for the gastroenterology segment, with a focus on IBD & pipeline products.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and positioning to align with business objectives.
  • Ensure global strategy is aligned with regional and local requirements to generate above market performance, to ensure successful commercial execution of brand strategy and marketing initiatives.
  • Engage with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and customers to gather insights and feedback.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitive products, and industry advancements.
  • Utilize insights to inform product strategy and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to create effective product messaging and sales tools.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams to ensure successful product launches and market penetration.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of IBD products, from concept to obsolescence.
  • Monitor product performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Implement strategies for product enhancements and extensions based on market feedback and performance data.
  • Ensure all products comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Ensure all promotional activities and campaigns are in line with our compliance framework & SOP’s.

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
