Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field required
  • Prior experience with Administration of a Corporate Credit Card Program and related account reconciliation required
  • Ability to think critically and make recommendations
  • Concur Experience (preferred)
  • Strong excel skills
  • Positive work ethic, superb organizational and time management skills with a high attention to detail, and unquestionable integrity and personal ethics
  • Reliable team player with high level of customer service and professional attitude

Responsibilities
  • Create/update the Corporate Card Program Policies (Purchasing Card Policy, Business Travel and Expense Policy, and Executive Business Travel and Expense Policy)
  • Operationalize the Policies and Programs across organization, including onboarding, training, compliance, audit, enforcement, and reporting including key functions:
  • Ensure p-card enrollment forms are filled out correctly, authorize and issue p-cards to users, and maintain files
  • Manage the p-card accounts: account set-up and closing, account dollar limits and all other account maintenance
  • Train cardholders and their management on proper p-card use
  • Monitor and audit monthly purchases on the issued cards. Ensure correct general ledger account number is used, card users are following Envestnet's p-card/T&E card policies and procedures
  • Review transaction data on an on-going basis to recognize situations that may pose problems
  • Design and implement an expense processing tool (Concur) aligned to policy
  • Monitor compliance of Employees against established policies, perform audits, create reporting on non-compliance and enforce policy with non-compliance
  • Manage inquiries and issues of cardholder group and provide guidance, and issue resolution
  • Research and implement significant process improvements that will improve productivity
  • Perform reconciliations amongst credit card issuing bank and internal tool
  • Analyze monthly credit card data and compose action plans to increase operational productivity, process scalability and compliance
  • Control owner and business liaison with compliance functions including Internal and External Auditors, SOX PMO and Corporate Compliance Organization
  • Enhancing and communicating travel and expense card best practices through procedural updates and quarterly corporate communications
  • Analysis of credit card usage outside of travel expenses to incorporate a purchasing program for non-travel purchases for each entity
  • Review outstanding charges and communicate outstanding charges to card users
  • Producing ad-hoc reporting data upon request, including basic analysis
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested
  • As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk
