  • A Bachelor's degree in Statistics or a related field
  • Scripting and SQL Proficiency: Strong capability in script coding and SQL is essential for data analysis and automating routine tasks. Ability to engage in script coding or code review to identify and resolve issues promptly. Understanding Java/Go is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the successful execution of projects by coordinating tasks, resources, and timelines. Take the initiative on special projects as needed, demonstrating leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare detailed agendas, and document meeting minutes. Track and follow up on action items to ensure their timely completion.
  • Gather and analyze data, utilizing basic scripting and SQL queries to generate insightful reports. Produce actionable recommendations to drive informed decision-making.
  • Serve as a liaison between the engineering team and other departments, ensuring clear and effective communication of project statuses, timelines, and expectations.
  • Provide support on various projects and ad-hoc tasks as required, showcasing flexibility and a willingness to take on diverse challenges.
  • Script coding or conducting code reviews to fix problems as they arise.
