Responsibilities
  • Monitor, analyze, troubleshoot, and/or evaluate hardware, software and other network related problems
  • Provide technical expertise for performance and/or configuration of the global networks and systems
  • Perform general LAN/CAN/WAN administration
  • Schedule conversions and cutover
  • Coordinate with all responsible users and sites to resolve network or system incidents
  • Monitor, track and evaluate global information technology infrastructure ITI incidents
  • Assist customers with resolving problems to include performance and configuration
  • Provide support in the translation of business requirements into telecommunications
  • Provide in-depth engineering analysis of telecommunications alternatives for government agencies
  • Provide interface support to telecommunications end users, telecommunications operations personnel, and telecommunications strategic program management
  • Provide telecommunications enhancement design for medium and large-scale telecommunication infrastructures
