Responsibilities
  • Oversee all internal communication initiatives, including All-Hands meetings, Manager Meetings, and Ask Me Anything.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify topics and speakers, ensuring content remains fresh and relevant.
  • Establish and manage a standardized global communications schedule, including newsletters, channels, and regional timing, ensuring that important information is delivered in a timely manner and is accessible across different time zones.
  • Partner with business and functional leaders to create and disseminate relevant content to the revenue organization.
  • Recommend and develop strategic communication plans across various channels (written, audio, video), ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Create and manage work-back plans, adjusting as necessary to meet timelines. Hold stakeholders accountable to deadlines.
  • Establish and maintain feedback mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives, using insights to continuously improve strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to leadership and employees on effective communication practices, including writing guidelines, presentation skills, and the use of communication tools.
  • Identify changes being introduced to the organization and develop change management plans to drive adoption. Prepare and deliver activities to measure readiness and adoption for these changes.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of major internal events (i.e. Manager Summits, StackFest).
  • Drive fresh approaches to events and key inflection points throughout the year, enhancing attendee engagement and aligning with strategic goals.
  • Promote a culture of inclusion, belonging, and creativity within the Revenue Organization. Champion initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
