Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic growth plans in partnership with our executive team to drive new business growth and expand our client base in key verticals, including Fashion & Retail, Beauty, Spirits & Hospitality, Consumer Packaged Goods, and Consumer Tech
  • Track and prioritize opportunities, drive communications and timely follow-up with prospective clients, develop scope of work documents, project manage the proposal process and work towards closing deals
  • Work closely across our Client Service teams to identify opportunities and drive client engagement
  • Regularly meet with account teams to translate agency successes into compelling case studies that unlock new opportunities and awards
  • Track and analyze business development success rates to identify trends, adjust strategies, and optimize efforts to unlock new opportunities
  • Work alongside CRO to develop reports, pipeline activity and revenue forecasts to executive leadership
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
  • Oversee key elements of the agency's marketing initiatives alongside the Chief Communications Officer and Executive Creative Director
