Responsibilities

  • Document patient healthcare benefit coverage details in Salesforce
  • Update records with patient and insurance information
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient data in compliance with HIPAA
  • Deliver on work objectives and productivity metrics
  • Provide superior customer care and troubleshoot issues
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information to customers
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and associates
