  • 5+ years of experience with DoD agencies or organizations
  • Experience with MILSATCOM, sustainment logistics, and sustainment acquisition
  • Experience working in government strategy development, acquisitions, and contracting
  • Experience with program management and project management
  • Knowledge of USAF and USSF financial processes, policy, and execution processes
  • Knowledge of systems engineering principles
  • Ability to directly support and communicate with senior government leaders and provide strategic recommendations
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
Responsibilities
  • Be a liaison to the government
  • Support pre- and post-award federal contracts
  • Improve the processes that defend our nation
  • Work closely with defense clients in support of the warfighter
  • Aid in the acquisition and program management
  • Review contracts, project cost accounting, and tactical planning
  • Draft full RFP packages, including Acquisition and Execution Strategies, requirements documentation, CDRLs, and Rights in Data
  • Identify integration points in the data across the greater client portfolio
  • Complete procurement request packages
  • Be responsible for the safe storage and handling of sensitive documents
  • Provide acquisition expertise regarding all statutory, regulatory, and policy updates impacting each project’s success
  • Create and maintain relationships with external stakeholders
  • Obtain concurrence and deliver meaningful acquisition support
